Hopefully you all have recovered from the "Blizzard of 2009". We still have snow
in the yard but it seems that most roads are good in the area. One good thing
about being snowed in was it gave us time to work on all those UFO's and other
projects that have been waiting for the time to work on them.
Bring in your "snowed in" projects for show and tell. We'd love to see them.
Karen has been working on an oriental themed top using the "Frame It" pattern
we have in the shop. Take a look at the design board to see the top.
We have a bunch of new fabric in the shop - I just haven't had time to put it on
the web pages. (Guess you'll have to drop in and browse!)
We are the best source of fabric and notions for those who quilt and sew in and
around Nelson County. We stock Mettler and King Tut threads, Omnigid Cutting
Mats and Rulers, Olfa Rotary Cutters, Schmetz Machine Needles, Quilting and
Sewing Books, magazines and over 1000 bolts of fabric by Moda, Hoffman,
Blank, Michael Miller, P&B Textiles, Marcus Brothers, Timeless Treasures and
more!
We also offer selected jewelry, handcrafted pens and mechanical pencils, quilt
racks, hand turned wooden thimbles and quilt hangers. Visit the Pens & Other
